The Sunraysia Sport Aircraft Club (SSAC) will be running a licensed bar throughout the event, providing the perfect spot to relax and connect with fellow aviators. The BBQ will be serving up delicious meals, including breakfast rolls, lunches, and hearty dinners. It’s the perfect way to fuel up and unwind between the action.

 

Camping Under Wing
One of the most magical parts of AusFly’s Fly-In Festival is the opportunity to camp under the wing of your aircraft. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Wentworth Aerodrome and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow pilots in this truly unique setting. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST HERE.

Welcome BBQ

Kick off the weekend with a warm welcome at Wentworth Aerodrome on Thursday  night. Meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, and settle into the festival atmosphere.

Friday 14 March (Day)

Aerodrome activities, licensed Bar, BBQ Lunch & Wentworth Explorations

Enjoy the offerings at Wentworth Aerodrome or wander the local area to enjoy the sites and activities on offer. Enjoy a relaxed BBQ lunch and drinks at the bar, open until 6 PM.

Friday 14 March (Night)

Licensed Bar, BBQ Lunch & Wentworth Explorations

In the evening, take advantage of shuttle buses from the Aerodrome into town to explore Wentworth’s local dining gems: Lock 10 & Weir, the Crown Hotel, Captain Sturts, or the Royal Hotel.

Saturday 15 March (Day)

Open Day Aerodrome activities, licensed Bar, BBQ Lunch & Wentworth Explorations

Saturday is action-packed! Join us as we welcome members of the public for an open day “Community Day” featuring air displays, entertainment, and family-friendly activities. For those seeking a change of pace, head into town for sightseeing in beautiful Wentworth.

 Dinner on the Paddleboat Mundoo

As the sun sets, join us for a special dinner aboard the Paddleboat Mundoo. Board Paddleboat Mundoo in Wentworth to cruise along the Darling River and enjoy a memorable evening of great food, stunning views, and great company.

Farewell BBQ Breakfast
