• Event hosts, sponsors and exhibitors arrive from the morning to set up
• Event attendees arrive from late afternoon
• Arrival BBQ dinner begins at Aerodrome in the early evening
• Options available for transportation into Wentworth town to enjoy the local eateries

Friday 14 March 2025

• All event participants fly-out from early morning
