Overview of Events

Thursday 13 March 2025 – Pilots Arrive

Event hosts, sponsors and exhibitors arrive from the morning to set up
Event attendees arrive from late afternoon
Arrival BBQ dinner begins at Aerodrome in the early evening
Options available for transportation into Wentworth town to enjoy the local eateries

Friday 14 March 2025 – AusFly Day 1 of 2

9.00 am – AusFly activities begin at Aerodrome

Joy rides and viewing of Mustang VH-BOB opens
Seminars & Workshops begin in 2 hangars
Exhibitor stalls open in hangar and around Aerodrome
Buy, Swap & Sell Market opens
Static displays available for viewing

5.00 pm – AusFly activities end at Aerodrome

AusFly activities finish at Aerodrome for the day
Drinks available for purchase from bar at Aerodrome

6.00 pm – AusFly attendees depart for dinner in Wentworth town

Bar at Aerodrome closes for the day
Buses begin to leave from Aerodrome into town: drop off point in front of Wentworth Shire Council

8.00pm to 12.00 pm – AusFly attendees use shuttle bus to return to accommodation

Buses pick up attendees from in front of Wentworth Shire Council and return to local accommodation

Saturday 15 March 2025 – AusFly Day 2 of 2

9.00 am – AusFly activities begin at Aerodrome

Joy rides and viewing of Mustang VH-BOB opens
Workshops begin in 1 hangar
Exhibitor stalls open in hangar and around Aerodrome
Buy, Swap & Sell Market opens
Static displays available for viewing

10.30 am – AusFly gates open to the general public for COMMUNITY DAY

4.00 pm – AusFly activities end at Aerodrome

6.30 pm – Paddleboat Mundoo attendees board in Wentworth for AusFly’s closing dinner

7.00 pm – Paddleboat Mundoo leaves dock

10.00 pm – Paddleboat Mundoo returns to dock

10.00pm to midnight – AusFly attendees use shuttle bus to return to accommodation
(options for post-Paddleboat activities available in town’s pubs or Wentworth Aerodrome)
