By registering in advance, you’ll ensure you have all the information you need for a successful and enjoyable experience. Plus, early registration helps us plan for your arrival, making sure everything is ready for you when you touch down at Narromine.
What We Need to Know
A pilot guide, map and detailed event program will be available shortly.
To complete your registration, we’ll need a few details about you and your aircraft:
- Aircraft Registration: Tell us about the aircraft you’ll be bringing, including its type and registration number.
- Participation Type: Let us know if you’ll be attending as a general or aircraft judging participant, a sponsor exhibiting your aircraft, or if you plan to be part of a static display or air display.
- Travel Companions: Please provide the names and number of people traveling with you in your aircraft.
- Accommodation Details: Let us know where you’ll be staying, whether it’s camping under the wing, accommodation in Wentworth, or another location.
- Arrival & Departure: Share your expected arrival and departure dates and times so we can coordinate your entry and exit smoothly.
