Registrations for AusFly 2025 AVAILABLE SOON!

We’re thrilled to welcome pilots from across Australia to join us at AusFly 2025. Whether you’re flying in for the event, showcasing your aircraft as a sponsor, participating in a static display, or planning to wow the crowd in an air display, we want to make your registration process as smooth as possible.

By registering in advance, you’ll ensure you have all the information you need for a successful and enjoyable experience. Plus, early registration helps us plan for your arrival, making sure everything is ready for you when you touch down at Wentworth.

What We Need to Know

A pilot guide, map and detailed event program will be available shortly.

To complete your registration, we’ll need a few details about you and your aircraft:

• Aircraft Registration: Tell us about the aircraft you’ll be bringing, including its type and call sign.
• Participation Type: Let us know if you’ll be attending as an event goer, aircraft judging participant, sponsor exhibiting your aircraft, or if you plan to be part of a static display or air display.
• Travel Companions: Please provide the names and number of people traveling with you in your aircraft.
• Accommodation Details: Let us know where you’ll be staying, whether it’s camping under the wing, accommodation in Wentworth, or another location.
• Arrival & Departure: Share your anticipated arrival and departure dates and times.
