What We Need to Know
A pilot guide will be available shortly.
After you grab your tickets our team will reach out to you for the following details:
- Aircraft Registration: Tell us about the aircraft you’ll be bringing, including its type and call sign.
- Participation Type: Let us know if you’ll be attending as an event goer, aircraft judging participant, sponsor exhibiting your aircraft, or if you plan to be part of a static display or air display.
- Travel Companions: Please provide the names and number of people traveling with you in your aircraft.
- Accommodation Details: Let us know where you’ll be staying, whether it’s camping under the wing, accommodation in Wentworth, or another location.
- Arrival & Departure: Share your anticipated arrival and departure dates and times.
