AusFly 2019 is a “gold coin” donation event for all attending Aviators – aircraft owners, pilots, industry product and service providers, families and friends.
Other donations of any form will be gratefully received and acknowledged.
All donations will be applied to cover the events costs.
A number of social and other functions will be to some extent sponsored / hosted by various of the event hosts and participating organisations. However, meals and beverages can otherwise be purchased from the Narromine Aero Club, Narromine Gliding Club and other vendors.
Closer to the time, for catering purposes, we will be asking Aviators and friends to register for the main hosted social functions such as the SAAA sponsored “Arrival evening BBQ” on Thursday 17th October, “Dinner Under the Stars” hosted by Narromine Shire Council on Saturday evening 19th October and the “Departure breakfast” also hosted by SAAA on Sunday 20st October.
